Labiaplasty [...] is plastic surgery of either the labia majora or the labia minora or both — the external folds of skin surrounding the structures of the vulva — in order to reduce the size of elongated labia.

In other words, it's where they cut your curtains, usually the labia minora, in order to "look decent".

Girls.
Unless your labia is so long and flabby it makes you uncomfortable in your pants or when you sit down, your labia, your entire vulva, is completely okay.
Vulvas come in many different varieties, and chances are you're not abnormal by any means.
There is no "right" way to look down there.

There's no need to fret about you being "too long" or "outside" or "too much" or whatever. It's completely normal and you look fine.

And if someone doesn't like you because your genitals aren't "pretty enough", they're not worth being with, and you shouldn't "adjust" yourself for those types of people, as chances are there will be more superficial things about you that bug them. They're just not worth being with.

Genitals aren't meant to be "pretty", so stop worrying about how "ugly" yours are. Most people attracted to women, especially your boy or girlfriend, are going to like seeing you without your underpants regardless.

Bottom line: You should NOT get any amount of your sensitive material removed for superfluous reasons like "it just doesn't look pretty". Your genitals are fine.
